The website's measurements are in Imperial and its saying a 3 ounce (84g) portion is right for a healthy diet, but I can't agree with that. A normal restaurant steak is an 8 ounce (225g) steak , a large one is a 12 ounce (340g) steak. A good sized T-bone steak is over a pound or 16 ounces (454g). My T-bones average about 520g each.
